Due to the
facilities and ear and tear of the competition area, shoes with
spikes/nails are not allowed.
Use of shoes
with spikes/nails results in disqualification
Jogging shoes or similar should be used
Rosenborg
BK
Players from
the Champions League team Rosenborg will run the sprint in duels
against runners from the Norwegian national team. Duelants will use GPS
tracking units supplied by NOKIA.
All runners, boys and girls up to 14 years has common last control.
Fastest boy or girl from last control to the finish line each win a RBK
jersey signed by the players on RBK
Players will participate in the price ceremony for the price clases on
friday

Timing
system
Emit
is used as punching system. The organizer does not have any rental Emit
punching chips. We therefore ask everybody to organize this
within their own club.
Tracking
This
year we will offer live tracking!
Classes
D/H 21 have live tracking on the Sunday's chasing start. The 6 best men
and women is asked to fetch their tracking device at the arena
information desk by 12.00 on Sunday.
The
spectators will be able to watch the runners route choices live on TV
screens in the restaurant tent on the arena.

Entries
registered after the entry date is treated as late entries.
Late
entries is possible too 7th of May within 8PM and may be done here.
Late entry possible at the secreteriate on race day untill 30 minutes
before first ordinary start.

Entry
fees will be sent to the teams after the race.Runners representing
company teams,runners with no team or runners representing teams
outside of Norway must pay on the arena before being able to start.
However, entries are still made on the entry
websites.
In the
case of late entry, the extra fees are calculated according to
federation regulations (NOF).
Direct
entry courses: 60 NOK per day.
